How the Program Works
Care begins with a comprehensive evaluation to understand your baseline health, goals, and appropriate treatment approach.
Initial Consultation: $250 comprehensive internal medicine visit
Ongoing Care: Follow-up visits every 3 months while under treatment ($150 per visit)
Commitment: 6-month minimum program ($400, paid upfront)
Scope of Care
This program is intentionally focused and does not replace a primary care relationship.
Care is limited to weight loss, hormones, peptides, and related services
We are not acting as your primary care provider in this setting
Full medical management is not included
Patients should maintain a separate primary care physician for all other healthcare needs
Additional Costs and Benefits
Labs and prescriptions are not included in program pricing
Patients are responsible for all lab and medication costs
However, participants do receive:
Access to discounted lab pricing
Use of our in-house 3D body composition scanner
Transition to Membership
Many patients begin with a focused program and later decide they want more comprehensive care.
If you choose to upgrade to our concierge membership,
any payments made toward this program can be applied toward your membership.

Dr. Jonathan Stabler, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician serving patients around North Idaho. Bringing his 15+ years of experience to families through the concierge medicine service.
Alongside the team is Ashley Severinsen, NBC-HWC, a board-certified health and wellness coach and yoga instructor. Ashley supports patients with coaching, breathwork, and lifestyle guidance to ensure that care plans extend beyond the clinic and into daily life.

We believe quality healthcare shouldn’t come with surprise bills or inflated fees. That’s why Summit members receive access to discounted “cash pay” rates for:
Comprehensive lab panels
Imaging (X-rays, MRI, CT scans)
Specialty testing (hormones, glucose monitors, etc.)
Peptide and injection services (when indicated)
